This was taken at a picnic at the Lake Pontchartrain Seawall in New Orleans when I was 10 years old.

(( Francis was 9 and Judy was 10 ))

Judy lived next door to me and Francis lived diagonally across the road. 

 My father had been transferred to the NJ/NY airport complex, so we were to move to South Orange, NJ before the end of the summer.

Neither Francis or Judy had bathing suits so they were wearing mine .....  

I'd love to cross paths with them again.
